2. Choose Your Packaging

Use sturdy, appropriate materials:

For Hair Extensions:

• Small padded box or mailer (don’t skimp on padding)
• Tissue paper or wrapping to keep extensions contained
• Include a thank-you note or care card (builds connection)

For Hair Care Products:

• Bubble wrap for bottles (3+ layers if glass)
• Crumpled paper or foam peanuts to fill empty space
• Boxes should feel snug, nothing shifting inside

For Wigs:

• Original packaging if you have it
• Otherwise, a sturdy box with padding around all sides
• Avoid compression, wigs need room to breathe

Rule of thumb: If you drop the box from waist height, the product shouldn’t move or make noise inside.

6. Drop Off or Hand to Carrier

• Drop at your local Post Office, your chosen carrier.
• Keep your receipt, you’ll need the tracking number

7. Update the Buyer Immediately
